Workshop Facilitation

Technical review workshops are necessary and in some cases mandatory for all engineering design projects and in some cases following a major incident event. These multidisciplinary workshops aim to identify issues in concept and design that otherwise have been overlooked and can lead to undesirable consequences. It is important that such review sessions are led by a strong chairperson with working knowledge of the issues and understanding of the review process. In order to demonstrate that project risks are As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and that residual risks meet company and legislative criterion QRA is an essential study for all major projects.zzz has extensive experience in providing QRAs for normal operations and SIMOPS with other value added analysis to assist our clients in decision making to achieve ALARP within their proposed project CAPEX/OPEX.
