Our flagship product is HAZOP.AI - an AI-powered HAZOP analysis software for process safety engineers.

Currently, our primary product is HAZOP.AI (available at hazop.engstech.com) - an AI-powered HAZOP study management tool. We are continuously developing additional engineering SaaS tools that will be available on subdomains of engstech.com.

HAZOP.AI is a cloud-based software that helps process safety engineers conduct HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies efficiently. It features AI-powered suggestions for causes, consequences, and safeguards using Google Gemini AI, built-in risk matrices, P&ID integration, and collaborative team workflows. It can reduce HAZOP study time by up to 50%.

We offer the following plans (all prices in PKR):

• Starter: Free - 3 studies, 2 team members, basic AI suggestions
• Professional: PKR 5,000/month - Unlimited studies, 10 team members, advanced AI
• Business: PKR 14,000/month - Unlimited everything, priority support
• Enterprise: Custom pricing - On-premise deployment, SSO, dedicated support

We accept payments through PayFast, a licensed Payment Service Provider regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan. Through PayFast, you can pay using:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfers
• Mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa)
• Other payment methods supported by PayFast

All transactions are processed securely and are PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and includes 3 studies, 2 team members, and basic AI suggestions. No credit card is required to sign up. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your first paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, email us at info@engstech.com within 7 days and we'll process a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@engstech.com or through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Yes. Your data belongs to you. You can export your HAZOP studies, reports, and analysis data at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted data storage, regular security audits, and strict access controls. Payment data is handled by PayFast (PCI-DSS compliant) and is never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
