Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

ENGSTECH offers a 7-day refund policy from the date of your first paid subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our software services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
  • You must provide the reason for requesting a refund.
  • The request must be submitted via email to info@engstech.com.
  • This applies to first-time subscription payments only.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle (you may cancel to prevent future charges).
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms and Conditions.
  • Custom Enterprise plan payments (governed by individual contracts).

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Email info@engstech.com with subject "Refund Request" including your account email and payment date.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
  3. Approval: Once approved, the refund will be processed.
  4. Processing: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method via PayFast within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be for the full subscription amount paid (in PKR). No partial refunds are offered for the refund-eligible period. PayFast transaction fees may apply as per PayFast's policies.

6. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for cancellation outside the 7-day window.

Refund: A refund returns the payment amount and immediately terminates your access to the paid features.
