ENGSTECH ("we", "us", "our") provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products delivered digitally via our website and subdomains (including hazop.engstech.com). Since our products are digital services and not physical goods, traditional return of products does not apply.

2. Digital Services - No Physical Returns

All our products are cloud-based software subscriptions delivered electronically. There are no physical goods to return. Access to the software is provided immediately upon successful payment and account activation.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • You may export your data before the subscription ends.

4. Refund in Lieu of Return

Since digital services cannot be "returned", we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
